A Day in Your Life
Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:
Responsible for the efficient handling of guest luggage, adhering to proper check-in and check-out procedures.
Greeting guests upon meeting them.
Assisting guests in and out of vehicles by opening and closing vehicle doors.
Opening and closing lobby doors for guests entering and exiting the hotel.
Leading guests to reception.
Rooming guests after check-in.
Answering guests' inquiries about the hotel and local attractions.
Arranging transportation based on guest requests.
Ensuring the driveway, entrances, and lobby are clean, tidy, and obstacle-free.
Assisting in transporting guests' baggage using luggage trolleys.
Receiving and tagging baggage for storage and claims.
Logging storage and collection of guests' baggage.
Coordinating with all hotel departments.
Performing other ad-hoc duties as a true team player.
What We Need From You
Previous experience in a similar position.
Physically fit and able to lift heavy luggage.
Excellent communication skills - warm, welcoming, and approachable.
Flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
