We're looking for 15 passionate, client-focused individuals to join our team as Client Solutions Specialists.
In this key contact centre role, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients and financial advisers, delivering outstanding service via phone, email, and web chat.
You'll assist with enquiries related to superannuation, insurance, investments, and pensions, helping our clients navigate their financial journey with confidence and care.Handle inbound calls and emails from clients and financial advisersProvide accurate information and support across superannuation, insurance, investments, and pensionsAddress enquiries and resolve issues in an efficient and professional mannerMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactionsCollaborate with a diverse team to meet and exceed performance targetsUphold the company's values and ensure high service standards in every interactionWhat You Will Bring:
