This role, offered by Blue Mountain Resort, involves maintaining and repairing hotel facilities, responding to service requests, executing preventive maintenance, and servicing pools and hot tubs. Responsibilities include general repairs, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, pool & hot tub maintenance, painting, wallpapering, tiling, and enhancing guest experience through excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Perform general repairs and maintenance of machines, equipment, guest rooms, and buildings.
Handle basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks.
Maintain pools and hot tubs, including cleaning and minor repairs.
Paint, wallpaper, and tile as needed.
Represent Blue Mountain Resort courteously to guests.
Qualifications:
General knowledge and experience in maintenance.
Certificate of Apprenticeship or Trades Qualification is an asset.
Experience in construction and pool maintenance is an asset.
Basic computer skills.
Experience in painting, drywall, tiling, or related trades is an asset.
