Warehouse Operations Manager
in
Dubai
to lead and optimize warehouse performance.
Role Brief

• Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations & Optimization
Ensure
efficient warehouse operations
by overseeing inventory management, order fulfillment, and distribution processes.
Drive
cost optimization
initiatives and continuous
process improvement
to enhance operational efficiency.
Monitor
KPIs
such as productivity, order accuracy, and warehouse utilization, ensuring performance targets are met.
Planning & Resource Allocation
Develop and implement
warehouse operation plans
, aligning with business objectives and growth strategies.
Optimize workforce allocation and resource distribution to maintain efficiency and service quality.

Quality, Compliance & Safety Management
Promote
operational quality control
, identifying improvement areas and ensuring

• Enforce
warehouse safety protocols

• Qualifications & Skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in
Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience:
5+ years
of warehouse operations experience, preferably in the
logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain industry
• Proven track record in
warehouse management, operational planning, and team leadership
• Skills & Knowledge:
Strong knowledge of
inventory management, warehousing best practices, and process optimization
• Experience with
WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
and operational analytics tools.
Excellent
leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making
skills.
Language:
Fluency in
English
is required.
Chinese proficiency is a plus
