About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for a
Demi Chef de Partie
to join our team at
Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab . The main duties and responsibilities include:
Taking orders from the Chef de Partie and executing them correctly, following instructions from superiors
Writing daily wine, dry store, food requisitions, and kitchen transfers for approval by the Executive Chef/Executive Sous Chef, ensuring high stock rotation
Working according to specifications regarding portion size, quantity, and quality as per the recipe index
Maintaining high standards and consistent quality in food preparation, staying updated on new products, recipes, and techniques
Organizing mise-en-place and supporting service with the Chef de Partie
Following food safety and hygiene procedures and regulations
About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
A diploma or certification from an accredited culinary school
Knowledge of hygiene, health, and safety standards
Adaptability and appreciation for cultural diversity
Team player with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
