This role involves:
Leading the account management for our anchor tenant Dubai Basketball.Acting as the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless delivery of all services and deliverables while building lasting client relationships.
Work cross-functionally across departments such as ticketing, marketing, operations, and commercial to ensure excellence in execution and client satisfaction.
This role is on a freelancer agreement, and it requires the candidate to have their own visa / sponsorship.

You should have:
Qualifications:
Degree or certification in Business, Hospitality Management, Sports Management, Marketing, or any related field.
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in similar role in Account ManagementPrevious experience in the UAE, preferably in the event industryExcellent oral and written communication skillsPrevious experience in events Fluent in Arabic and English Personal Qualities:
Friendly and amicable personality.
Excellent listening and communication skills at all levels.
Excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills Excellent personal presentation and grooming.
Willingness to work as a team member and accept direction.
Can do attitude without compromise of safety.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
