Responsibilities
This key position is responsible for all front desk duties including providing amazing customer service, checking patients in/out, appointment scheduling, referral management, insurance verifications, authorizations, and payment collection.
They will also be part of the Insurance verification and Prior Authorization team. They will help daily completely insurance verification and Prior Authorization for 2 small clinics.
