We are currently seeking a Hospice RN for our Green Lake territory to travel to patient homes and facilities to provide end of life skilled nursing care. Our hospice team is dedicated to helping patients achieve the best quality of life possible, managing symptoms, pain, and anxiety, while providing emotional and spiritual support for our patients and families.

$10,000 Sign On Bonus - Available for qualified new hire RNs.
Hours of work:
Monday - Friday, Days / PM Shifts, 32 hours (4 days a week) Noon to 8pm with on call rotations based on census and staffing. One night of call per week from 430-11pm. No weekends!
Every third weekend requirement; Weekends are every 3 weekends dependent on staffing in which you would work on-site 8am-6pm Saturday and Sunday, the next weekend (in 3 more weeks) you would work 6pm-8am Saturday and Sunday over night but this is on call only. Then in 3 weeks time you would work the day shift 8am-6pm again. So you technically are on every 3rd weekend but it rotates between night and day shift
