Department/Unit Overview
The registered nurse (RN) in our Family Birthing Center is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing patient care tailored to the specific age of the patient population. Ensuring quality and efficient care consistent with departmental standards is paramount. The RN is expected to demonstrate flexibility, effectiveness in work habits and clinical practices, and maintain a respectful environment for staff, physicians, patients, and families.

What We Offer
Providing great care begins with supporting our team. Along with competitive base pay, this position includes:
Incentive Bonus: $10,000 - $25,000 based on experience (Pro-Rated for Part-Time)
Shift Differential: $2.25 - $4.50

Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants must possess a current state RN license and have either a bachelor's or associate degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional qualifications include:
BLS and NRP certifications required
ACLS and PALS certifications to be obtained within six months of hire
Preferred one year of nursing experience
Willingness to work and train in Labor & Delivery and Special Care Nursery
Experience in related areas preferred
