HR Executive || Key Responsibilities:

Applicant Screening:

You'll be tasked with screening applicants to determine if they meet the position requirements. This involves reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews, and assessing candidates' skills and experience. Your keen eye for detail and deep understanding of job requirements will be crucial in identifying the best candidates for each role.

Policy and Document Management:

As part of your duties (HR Executive), you'll be responsible for writing, revising, editing, and proofreading company policies and procedures. You'll ensure that all documents are clear, concise, and aligned with our organizational goals. Additionally, you'll assist in the development of job descriptions for various positions, ensuring that they accurately reflect the duties and qualifications required.

Effective Sourcing and Job Portal Management:

You'll play a key role in identifying effective sources and job portals to attract high-quality candidates. By staying up-to-date with the latest trends in recruitment, you'll ensure that our job postings reach the right audiences. You'll also work closely with hiring managers to fill open positions efficiently and effectively, minimizing time-to-hire and maximizing the quality of hires.

New Employee Orientations:

Conducting new employee orientations is a vital part of this role. You'll ensure that new hires are welcomed into the organization and gain a thorough understanding of our company policies, culture, and values. Your orientation sessions will set the tone for a positive employee experience, helping new team members integrate smoothly into their roles.

Performance Management and Rewards Systems:

You'll be involved in the development and implementation of performance management systems, as well as reward and recognition programs. By working closely with managers, you'll ensure that these systems are fair, transparent, and aligned with our organizational objectives. Your efforts will help foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Comprehensive HR Services Implementation:

As a HR Executive, you'll implement a wide range of human resources programs, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, records management, succession planning, and employee relations.
