Job Summary:

The Chief of Staff is a strategic advisor and operating partner to the CEO, working alongside the Leadership Team. The Chief of Staff will work closely with the CEO to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the company. As the Chief of Staff, you will have an immediate impact on our productivity by streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing program management, and communicating objectives to departments. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and leadership skills, be able to think strategically, and have a strong background in business operations. You will help establish, facilitate, and drive the operating cadence of a rapidly growing team. You will focus on building trust, improving coordination between teams, and most importantly assist the CEO and senior staff on organization transformation. The Chief of Staff will work onsite at Analog's main office in Bellevue, Washington.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in business administration or related field; MBA preferred.
5+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a startup environment
Ability to lead confidential, sensitive, strategic and/or complex projects.
Be an ambassador of company culture values including humility, diplomacy, and situational sensitivity. Experience in executive-level advising and interdepartmental collaboration. Excellent relationship building skills:
you influence, persuade, and build trust across your organizations.
Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills:
you see the bigger picture, seek root causes, synthesize details, and break down obstacles into manageable work.
Exceptional written and verbal and communication skills, and a refined skill in tailoring messages to specific audiences on their preferred channels.
Comfort with ambiguity and a bias towards action and experimentation to drive progress.
A growth mindset, boundless creativity and adaptability, high situational awareness.
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proven ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
