We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced 3D Art Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a creative and visionary leader, responsible for driving the development of all 3D-related content sub-disciplines, including environment art, character art, animation, technical art, sound art, modeling, rigging, visual effects, shader development, outsourcing studio management, and other related content needs.
As a 3D Art Lead, you will be responsible for inspiring the team and driving the development of innovative solutions in the field of 3D art. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex technical challenges and drive the development of cutting-edge solutions and art.
