The primary duty of the KEYS Academy Administrative Assistant is to provide administrative support to the KEYS Academy Director, other members of KEYS Academy management staff, and all other KEYS Academy staff assigned to the school.
The KEYS Academy Administrative Assistant may also serve as the school's receptionist, and train and supervise other administrative clerical staff.
Checks and sorts mail Maintains a school calendarTakes, distributes and maintains meeting minutesCreates, distributes, and maintains contact lists Assists in the preparation of regularly scheduled reportsCopies/maintains supplies of necessary forms/handbooks for school useMaintains staff attendance records and submit for payrollCollects, reviews, documents incident reports in student files and in PraxiSchool as directedMails/E-Mails reports to LEA's, parents, etc.
Other duties as required by Director Qualifications:
Degree in related field preferred with at least 3-years work experience in an administrative support position.
Must have extensive successful experience in utilizing office technology, business applications software, public relations, facilities management, business operations and human resources support.
Completion of competency based training in the following areas:
universal precautions training, Human Rights training, De-escalation and physical restraint crisis intervention techniques training, Medication administration training, Confidentiality training, Ethics training and CPR/First Aid certification.
Completion of training in APEX, Odyssey and PraxiSchool computer-based programs.Be Well with HCA:
