How you'll contribute
You'll make an impact by utilizing your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator. You will shape exceptional patient journeys every day and leverage your skills and our cutting-edge technology to directly impact patient wellbeing.

Department/Unit Summary
4A is a 12-bed unit with a 1:5-6 nurse to patient ratio. We care for post-operative patients including spine surgery, orthopedics, adult ENT, abdominal, thoracic, vascular, and urology cases. We also see general medical patients. 4A is unique in that it is a small, close-knit department, where nurses and physicians work well together to achieve our common goals. We have physical room for growth, and hope to expand our capacity as we grow our surgical services in the future!

Qualifications and requirements
Applicants should have a current VA (or Multi-state) RN license and possess a nursing degree from an accredited nursing school (Bachelor's degree preferred). Additional requirements include:
