Our Turbine Engine Mechanic Training Program is a 12 week comprehensive paid training program that provides format, structure and standards for employee training & development. We have a 'learn-by-doing' philosophy so you will be frequently moving between theory, lab and instructor led practical on-engine training.

Upon completion of the program, you will be assigned to one of our engine programs in San Antonio.

What you'll learn:

Repair and overhaul of gas turbine engines
Inspection of engine modules and engine components
Safety practices and aviation regulations

Requirements for the ideal candidate include:

High School Diploma or equivalent education.
Minimum of 2 years job related training/experience is preferred.
100% attendance for the duration of the program.
Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English.
Ability to read and interpret manuals, technical drawings, and blueprints to determine proper operating conditions.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs without assistance.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a high pace environment.
