Als Junior Proces & Kwaliteit Specialist draag jij bij aan het verbeteren en borgen van processen binnen onze organisatie. Je ondersteunt zowel in Nederland als België, met later ook kansen om internationaal impact te maken. Je werkt op ons hoofdkantoor in Hapert, maar ook regelmatig op onze productielocatie SLS in Lommel en bij Plastifran.
Jouw rol in het kort:
Ondersteunen bij het verbeteren en standaardiseren van bedrijfsprocessen.
Meewerken aan het uitrollen van een internationaal kwaliteitsbeleid.
Helpen bij het behalen en behouden van certificeringen (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, GMP+, HACCP).
Verbetervoorstellen signaleren en helpen omzetten in acties voor duurzame verbetering.
Wat zoeken wij? Een afgeronde mbo- of hbo-opleiding in Bedrijfskunde of vergelijkbaar.
Je bent nieuwsgierig, leergierig en staat te popelen om te starten.
Je communiceert makkelijk en schakelt soepel met collega's op elk niveau.
Je werkt gestructureerd en denkt graag in verbeterkansen.
Je spreekt en schrijft Engels - of leert dit snel in de praktijk.
Je bent beschikbaar voor 40 uur per week.
