Key Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical components of manufacturing equipment including motors, sensors, drives, and controls.
• Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to minimize unplanned downtime.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions using multimeters, schematics, PLC interfaces, and diagnostic tools.
• Work on pneumatic, hydraulic, and electromechanical systems.
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and safety improvements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and complete work orders using the company's CMMS.
• Follow all OSHA and company safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and performance.

Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED; technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance role.
• Solid understanding of AC/DC motors, electrical panels, sensors, relays, and mechanical components.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.
• Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.) a plus.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime, including weekends if needed.
• Bilingual - English and Spanish preferred.

Preferred Skills
• Experience with CMMS systems; eMaint experience a plus.
• Knowledge of robotic or automated equipment maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Working Conditions
• Frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and use of hand tools.
• Exposure to loud noise, heat/cold, and industrial environments.
• Use of PPE (personal protective equipment) as required.
