Position: Landscape Account Manager

Location: Austin, TX

Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Conduct site visits to assess client needs, provide recommendations, and develop proposals.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Collaborate with our design and installation teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate ongoing maintenance services, scheduling visits and addressing any client concerns promptly.
• Actively seek opportunities to upsell additional services and enhancements to existing clients.
• Monitor project progress and financials, providing regular updates to clients and management.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in landscaping, horticulture, or related field.
• Proven track record of managing client accounts and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
• Knowledge of plant materials, landscape design principles, and maintenance practices.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
