Your Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage patient care to ensure optimal outcomes and satisfaction.
Collaborate with nursing staff and multi-disciplinary teams to evaluate patients' status and care appropriateness.
Address patient and family inquiries and concerns regarding care.
Participate in discharge planning and coordinate transfers to other facilities.
Provide valuable discharge education and referrals to resources.
Conduct chart reviews to identify quality and compliance issues.
Engage in various team projects and staff meetings as needed.
Be flexible in your role, possibly assisting other nursing staff when required.

Job Qualifications:
Minimum Education:
Associate's degree required.
Required Skills:
Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities, adept at working under pressure.
Certifications:
AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is essential.
Licenses:
Must be a Registered Nurse licensed by the State of Tennessee or a Compact state with application for Tennessee licensing submitted.
