Location:

We offer a hybrid remote work environment with offices in Los Angeles (CA), San Francisco (CA), Costa Mesa (CA), and San Diego (CA).

Responsibilities:

Lead trials and handle cases involving Automotive Litigation, Personal Injury, Catastrophic Injuries, General Liability, Premises Liability, and Product Liability.
Analyze, assess, and execute litigation strategies through all stages of litigation.
Develop and deliver arguments and represent clients in personal injury matters.
Maintain proactive communication with clients, offering detailed liability and damage analyses.
Represent clients in litigation proceedings, such as hearings, motions, depositions, and mediations.
Lead a team of Associates, Paralegals, and Legal Assistants.
Review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Develop legal strategies to resolve cases favorably and cost-effectively for clients.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
Active membership in the California State Bar and in good standing
5+ years of litigation experience, with a focus on personal injury
Trial experience
Strong legal skills
Strong critical thinking, interpersonal, and public speaking skills
Ability to negotiate, research, and communicate both verbally and in writing
Experience leading a team of associates and paralegals preferred
Ability to exercise common sense in complex situations
Adaptable and meticulous attention to detail

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary Range: $140,000-$180,000 + lucrative bonus structure with weekly, monthly, and quarterly components, providing ample opportunity to increase your earning potential based on individual and company performance.
