will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product line within the region, directly reporting to the Head of Global Product Management.
As the bridge between our Regional Sales & Service Team and the Product Line, you'll drive the Regional Product Strategy, ensuring alignment with global initiatives and delivering a tailored product portfolio that meets Regional needs in line with the Global Modular Product Concepts.
This role is based in Schaumburg, IL in our NAM HQ.Your Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for Sales and Application Management in the region, representing the Product Line.
Develop and implement a Regional Product Portfolio Roadmap/Strategy aligned with global concepts.
Conduct market analysis, segmentation, and competitor analysis to inform product decisions.
Guide regional product requirements through the innovation process and support Product Managers during development.
Collaborate closely with the Product Management Team to optimize the existing product portfolio and drive proactive lifecycle management._____Your Qualifications A degree in Product Management, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in product management, with international Loader Crane market expertise being an advantage.
Strong analytical skills with a structured, dynamic, and implementation-oriented approach.
Proficient in business English with excellent social and intercultural competence.
