Job Summary
Join our team as an Automotive Cleanliness Specialist, where you will help provide exceptional car wash services. Your role will ensure customer satisfaction and uphold our commitment to safety and efficiency.
Experience Required: None to 6 months
Experience Desired: Mechanical or technical background is a plus
Education Desired: No high school diploma required
Lifting Requirement: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old
Job Responsibilities
Prioritize safety for yourself, your team, and customers at all times.
Guide customers to the wash entrance and assist in positioning their vehicles on the track.
Start the wash equipment and monitor its operation for any issues.
Perform hand finishing touches on vehicles as needed.
Maintain cleanliness by washing down the concrete areas in and around the car wash.
Provide additional services such as vehicle preparation to enhance customer experience.
Conduct preventive maintenance to keep our car wash running smoothly.
Ensure a clean and safe environment by maintaining all areas of the wash, including equipment, floors, and vacuum stations.
Handle debris removal, snow shoveling, and salting when required.
Regularly clean the windows of the car wash building.
Troubleshoot and resolve car wash issues, working with the service center as necessary.
