Join Our Team as an Evening Hours Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking qualified, caring Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT) to provide high-quality care to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Responsibilities and Duties Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or school settings
Implement individualized treatment plans created by supervising BCBA
Collect data and submit session notes
Collaborate with peers and supervisors
Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license for commuting and punctuality
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills Experience working with children or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
Valid state identification card
Reliable transportation
Must pass a criminal background check
