About the Role:
Tapstitch is seeking a Social Media Lead to develop and execute our social media strategy across multiple platforms. You'll be responsible for creating and curating content, managing social media campaigns, and analyzing engagement metrics to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute our social media strategy
Work with our in-house content producer to create and curate high-quality content for social media channels
Manage social media campaigns and influencer partnerships
Analyze engagement metrics and adjust strategy accordingly
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in marketing, merchandise, customer support, and customer success to align social media efforts with broader marketing goals
Requirements
2+ years of experience in social media marketing
Deep knowledge of social media platforms and best practices
Strong content creation and curation skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and act on insights
Experience in eCommerce, fashion, or SaaS is a big plus
