Lead a team of dedicated of critical care providers at two tertiary medical centers in proximity
Alcoate 0.4 FTE to administrative duties and provide 0.6 to direct critical care
Responsible for workflow implementation, quality metric determination, handling of inquiries and quality care reviews
Closed ICU model at both facilities
