We are looking for a Tableau Developer in Jersey City, NJ

As a(n) ableau Developer you will:

Expert in Tableau and design technique as well as experience working across large environments with multiple operating systems/infrastructure for large-scale programs (e.g., Expert Engineers) starting to be firm-wide resources working on projects.
Is multi-skilled with expertise across software development lifecycle and toolset May be recognized as a leader in Agile and cultivating teams working in Agile frameworks Sought out as coach for at least one technical skill
Strong understanding of techniques such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Test Driven Development, Cloud Development, resiliency, security Stays abreast of cutting-edge technologies/trends and uses experience to influence application of those technologies/trends to support the business; may give speeches and outside the firm, writes articles.
Role and Responsibility Strong experience in requirements intake, analysis, design, modeling, development, quality assurance and support.
Work directly with business users and analysts in comprehending business requirements and modeling appropriate Business Analytics to meet requirements.
Design, develop and implement interactive and user-friendly reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Tableau and IBM Cognos.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in Dashboards/Reports.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Ability to write complex relational Oracle queries.
Suggest potential adoption of innovative technologies that enable rapid delivery.
Generate innovative ideas to deliver business value, improve efficiency and reduce cost.
Cultivate an open, honest and transparent environment that encourages proper collaboration between business & Technology teams.
Partner with Business, Tech Peers and Product teams to effectively communicate a business intelligence and analytics vision, including implementation strategy.
Conduct code reviews, provide technical mentorship, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Strong in Agile Development and experience with SCRUM or similar methodologies.
Additional Skills 8+ years of experience in data warehousing, business intelligence, and reporting platforms, with a strong focus on Tableau, Qlik and IBM Cognos.
Proven expertise in developing interactive and dynamic dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts and working experience in relational and dimensional modelling is required.
Technical depth and ability to rapidly understand and communicate the impact of solutions and technology.
Experience collaborating with business representatives to understand requirements, value, prioritization and business intelligence needs.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment, with a proactive approach to managing multiple priorities.
Experience working in onshore/offshore model.
Any experience reporting on Databricks platforms is a plus.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range:
$74- $77

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
