Position Summary:
As an ICU Registered Nurse, you will deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will address the physical, psychosocial, religious/cultural needs of patients and their families while effectively communicating significant changes in their condition to the healthcare team. Basic PC skills are required.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
An Associate degree is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Licenses:
Must hold a Registered Nurse license in North Carolina (or a compact state).
Certifications:
BLS certification is required; ACLS certification must be obtained within 6 months of hiring.
Experience:
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
