Overview: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides exceptional patient care, ensuring positive outcomes through dedicated nursing practice. In this role, you will promote excellence in nursing by coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:
Assess patient needs and conditions to deliver targeted nursing care, ensuring all patients receive necessary attention and treatment.
Analyze medical histories, diagnostic results, and current health status to create personalized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments effectively as part of comprehensive nursing processes.
Ensure accuracy in medical records, adhering to regulatory standards and organizational policies.
Monitor patient responses to interventions, adjusting care plans as needed to achieve optimal health outcomes.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for effective care plan development.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION:
Required: Associate's Degree in Nursing
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
EXPERIENCE:
Required: 1 year as a Registered Nurse
Preferred: 1 year in a clinical specialty as defined by ANCC or national nursing organizations
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:
Required: Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or a Compact state
BLS (CPR) certification from American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider
