About The Role
Weareseekingahands-onPegaLeadSystemsArchitect (LSA)toleadandguideapodof7-10developersinthedesign,development,anddeliveryofPega-basedenterprisesolutions.ThisfullyremotecontractroleisidealforanexperiencedandcertifiedPegaprofessionalwhoiscomfortablebothleadingtechnicalteamsandcontributingdirectlytosolutiondevelopment.
Youwillberesponsibleforensuringbestpracticesarefollowed,conductingdesign/codereviews,mentoringdevelopers,andmaintaininghighqualityacrossdeliverables.

Conductdesignreviews,enforcedesignandcodingstandards,andensuretechnicalquality
TranslatebusinessrequirementsintoscalableandmaintainablePegasolutions
Collaboratewithstakeholders,projectmanagers,andbusinessanalyststoalignondeliverables
Guidesolutionarchitecture,datamodeling,andsystemintegrationapproaches
Supportsprintplanningandtechnicalbacklogrefinement
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
PegaCertifiedLeadSystemArchitect (CLSA)
Minimum 5+yearsofPegadevelopmentexperience,includinglarge-scaleenterpriseprojects
Lead experience
Hands-onexpertisewithPega8.xplatform (applicationdevelopment,integration,casemanagement,etc.)
Strongexperiencewithdesignpatterns,guardrails,andperformanceoptimizationinPega
ProvenexperienceleadingteamsandprovidingtechnicalcoachinginAgileenvironments
Excellentcommunicationanddocumentationskills
Comfortableworkingindependentlyinaremote,contractorcapacity
