The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for supervising employees in day-to-day operations on the warehouse floor including shipping, receiving, line supply, safety, and assistance with inventory and facilities maintenance. The Warehouse Supervisor is expected to uphold and comply with all SOPs, corporate and site-specific policies, and OSHA standards.

Key Responsibility:

Provide direction to all warehouse associates and hold employees accountable for performance.
Maintain a clean, safe and organized warehouse.
Maintain equipment (forklifts, RF scan guns, etc.) including daily inspections, cleaning, and helping coordinate repairs.
Create, maintain, and enforce all safety policies, SOPs and GMP's.
Promote a positive environment, address any behavior that contributes to a toxic culture. Foster a safe space where everyone feels secure and respected.
Ensure all daily receiving, line supply, inventory and shipping responsibilities are completed both physically and systematically.
Train and track training of warehouse associates.
Assist and lead continuous improvement projects to optimize product flow and labor efficiency.
Set team goals and track adherence.
Support Safety Programs, Safety Observations, Hazard Identification Audits, and Incident Reports as needed.
Interview and select candidates for employment in partnership with Human Resources department.
May require occasional 40+ hour work weeks as needed.
May require occasional floor level work as needed.

Qualifications:

Experience with SAP
Computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, payroll, etc.)
Minimum 3 years of warehouse supervisory experience
Proven ability to support employees in conflict resolution and facilitate one-on-one communication. Strong oral and written communication skills, including proficiency in interviewing.
Automated distribution experience preferred
