Support and develop automation solutions that enable our product teams to build and deploy code efficiently and consistently. Drive the discussion around developer workflow and delivery of changes. Ensure that Ford systems have reliability and availability appropriate for customer needs. Encourage tool adoption to help teams with their observability and automation needs. Leverage and recommend cloud technologies that result in fast provisioning and appropriate reliability. Mentor and coach other engineers in this role, driving a culture of learning and autonomy.
High School graduate
