About the Role

Join our team as an Industrial Engineer and take the lead in driving cost improvements across our distribution operations! We're looking for someone who is passionate about improving methods, systems, and processes to enhance the physical distribution of our products. Your expertise will support our Logistics Centers and Configuration & Integration Operations, while ensuring safety and ergonomic engineering standards are met.

What You'll Do

Conduct work/method studies and create detailed reports and recommendations.
Develop and implement improved work methods, processes, and procedures.
Establish productivity and work standards to enhance operational efficiency.
Perform capacity and utilization analysis for our Logistics Centers.
Conduct ergonomic and safety engineering studies for various processes.
Evaluate facility layouts, designs, equipment selection, and space planning.
Create cost/benefit analyses and detailed justifications for projects.
Collaborate in cross-functional projects to drive quality and productivity enhancements.
Apply LEAN methodologies to lead continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives.
Support the development and change control of new process documentation.
Participate in ongoing process improvement activities, including training sessions.
Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for SAP driven processes as required.
Lead the creation and update of logistics process documentation.
Drive compliance with ISO standards within assigned Logistics Centers.
Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned while meeting attendance and punctuality standards.

Required Experience and Education:

At least two years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain engineering, with a preference for five years.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
Basic knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement certifications preferred.

Salary Range

Our competitive salary starts at $72,000, and exact compensation will be based on experience and other factors.

Key Skills

Experience with Autodesk AutoCAD, Kaizen (Continuous Improvement), Six Sigma, and Warehouse Management System (WMS) is desired.
