Your Role as a Resident Care Partner

As a Resident Care Partner, you'll play a vital role in improving clients' daily lives. Your responsibilities will vary depending on individual needs and may include:

Personal Assistance: Helping with bathing, grooming, and mobility to ensure clients' comfort and independence.
Home Management: Light housekeeping and meal preparation to maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
Transportation Services: Providing safe and reliable transportation for appointments, errands, or activities.
Engaging Companionship: Offering conversation and activities to enhance clients' mental and emotional well-being.
Care Plan Adherence: Following detailed care plans to meet clients' unique needs.
Team Communication: Maintaining respectful, professional communication with families and team members to ensure consistent, high-quality care.

What You Bring to the Role

We're looking for reliable, compassionate individuals ready to make a difference. Essential qualifications include:

A valid driver's license and auto insurance
A clean driving record
Prior experience in home care is a plus, though not required-comprehensive training is provided
Access to email and a mobile device for team communication
A commitment to confidentiality and ethical care standards

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
