The Opportunity We're seeking a strategic Product Marketing Director to lead our go-to-market strategy and market positioning.
This role involves articulating our value proposition, developing compelling narratives, and accelerating market adoption of our cloud infrastructure solutions, focusing on revenue growth through campaigns and partnerships.
The candidate will utilize market intelligence, competitive analysis, and customer data to support product positioning, optimize launches, and drive growth.
Collaboration across teams is essential to ensure strategic alignment.
Key Responsibilities Build and lead the team defining product launch strategies, messaging, and differentiation.
Create compelling narratives for decision-makers and executives, highlighting AI use cases and product themes aligned with customer value.
Support sales enablement with collateral development for product announcements, content updates, and portfolio changes.
Oversee a high-performance team of product marketing and market intelligence professionals.
Develop clear value propositions and content such as whitepapers, case studies, and blogs.
Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform strategies and develop marketing assets.
Refine GTM strategies for new products and market expansions.
Collaborate with product managers to align positioning with market needs.
Create dashboards and reports to track KPIs like market penetration and product adoption.
Identify growth opportunities through customer and market analysis.
Conduct customer interviews to refine messaging and discover new opportunities.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
8+ years of B2B technology marketing experience, including 3+ years in cloud infrastructure or enterprise software.
Understanding of GPU computing and acceleration technologies.
4+ years of direct people management experience.
Proven success in product launches and marketing campaigns.
Strong content creation and messaging skills.
Familiarity with GTM frameworks and product launch processes.
Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
Compensation & Benefits The salary ranges from $183,750 to $306,250, depending on location and experience.
Additional rewards include bonuses, incentives, and comprehensive benefits such as healthcare, 401(k), disability coverage, and paid time off.
