Sharing Economy and Mobility Casualty Broker Join to apply for the Sharing Economy and Mobility Casualty Broker role at Marsh .
This position is based in one of Marsh's larger US offices and involves a hybrid work model requiring at least three days in the office weekly.
Role Overview Develop innovative risk transfer solutions for Sharing Economy and Mobility clients within a fast-paced, insurance-market-focused team.
Responsibilities include designing custom insurance programs, building market relationships, and leveraging digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities Act as lead advisory on medium-sized, less complex books of business.
Understand clients' strategic priorities and risk management needs to provide tailored advice.
Review clients' exposures, loss experiences, and develop appropriate solutions.
Execute renewal and placement strategies in collaboration with team leaders and clients.
Assist in client presentations and propose innovative solutions to attract new business.
Partner with the Placement team to evaluate carrier quotes and select optimal options.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary contact for service needs.
Ensure quality in client deliverables, including monitoring delivery and invoicing.
Minimum Requirements 5-8+ years of experience in brokerage, Casualty programs; experience with shared economy is a plus.
P&C license or ability to obtain one.
