Eurofins Clinical Diagnostic US NDSC, Inc.
seeks an IT Program Manager in Lenexa, Kansas.
Duties:
Instrumental in the decision-making process, conduct vendor/product selection (ROI, buy vs build), get respective IT and business stakeholders engaged.
Manage, monitor, and deliver multiple interrelated programs/projects under the IT Strategy roadmap.
Define scope, provide estimates, plan the budget, allocate resources, own communications, and governance.
Proactively identify project delivery risks, establish mitigation mechanisms, and communicate.
Schedule and deliver projects in a highly interdependent ecosystem with multiple stakeholders across the globe.
Ability to work with senior business and technical leadership to define strategy, goals, and organizational change/transformation at scale.
Establish delivery monitoring controls and governance mechanisms.
Act as primary liaison with Eurofins IT Solutions India teams for the coordination, management, delivery, and support of IT software programs.
Ability to identify business challenges, analyze and identify solutions, and turn them into initiatives that bring transformative favorable impact to business.
Preparation and presentation of decision-making material for senior management.
Work with multiple Clinical Diagnostics IT teams and Eurofins group IT departments like IT Infra, IT security, EAO (Enterprise Architecture Office), etc.
to ensure compliance with group and division level policies and standards.
Telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S.
is permitted.
Requirements:
The position requires a bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Business Analytics, Project Management, or a related field plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
Must have experience in all of the following:
5 years of experience in IT Application/Software Development and Project Management.
2 years of experience as a Project/Program Manager of complex IT projects, preferably in an international organization.
2 years of experience with Agile (Scrum) development methodologies.
1 year of experience with Microsoft technologies including Azure, Dynamics 365, and Power BI.
2 years of experience with Microsoft Project and/or other project management tools.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the Clinical Diagnostics Lab Industry, such as HIPAA, HITECH, HITRUST, and GxP (Knowledge may be gained through education, coursework, or experience).
