Job Summary and Qualifications
As a Float Pool Nurse, you will have the unique opportunity to make substantial impacts by supporting various hospital units. You will need strong critical thinking skills and the ability to maintain calm under pressure.
About this unit:
Fosters excellent communication and teamwork among all hospital staff.
Provides the chance to learn across different hospital areas.
Encourages active involvement in improving processes and advocacy for change.
Qualifications:
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 30 days of employment.
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required within 30 days of employment.
Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification required within 30 days of employment.
Must possess a Registered Nurse License.
A diploma in Registered Nursing is required.
