Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr
Job Overview A leading automotive parts manufacturer in the Youngstown-Warren, OH area is seeking a skilled and bilingual IT Application Engineer . Fluency in both Korean and English at a professional level is required. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in application development, including creating, testing, and supporting application tools. This full-time, exempt position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, global environment within the automotive industry, with a comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities Troubleshoot and analyze application issues
Create, test, and deploy scripts, applications, images, and patches
Perform upgrades and optimize applications
Support application change requests from end-users
Conduct diagnostic tests, debugging, and report findings to the development team
Generate reports using SSRS or Excel and deploy to production
Translate system requirements and documents between English and Korean
Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements Fluency in Korean and English (Speaking, Listening, Reading, Writing)
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Information Technology or related field
5+ years of experience in application development, testing, and support
At least 3 years of experience diagnosing and fixing application issues
Knowledge of MS SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, RPA, ED
ERP system experience is required; SAP preferred
Ability to work flexible hours
Strong communication and customer support skills
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Analytical, strategic, punctual, goal-oriented
