Hourly Pay Range:
$57.69 - $75.77 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
Position Highlights:
• Position: Advanced Practice Provider (APN/PA) - Orthopedics - Inpatient and Outpatient
• Location: NCH Hospital, Arlington Heights and 21481 N Rand Rd, Kildeer, IL 60047
• Full Time/Part Time: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
• Hours: Monday - Friday, hours TBD. Potential for evenings, weekends and rotating call.
• Required Travel: N/A
What you will need:
• License: Advanced Practice Licensure (APN) or Physician Assistant (PA) Licensure in the State of IL required; Federal DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License required
• Education: Completion of Master's level program in specialty area
• Certification: BLS/CPR certification required
• Experience: Prior APN/PA experience preferred
What you will do:
• Provide comprehensive health assessments, differential diagnosis, and prescribe treatments under the protocol in the direct management of acute and chronic illness and disease
• Promote wellness and prevent illness and injury in various settings for individuals, families, and communities
• Work autonomously and in interdisciplinary teams as resources and consultants
• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience
