EMR - EPIC
Details: Unit size: Rock Island and Bett Campuses, Covers all ICU, ED, MS- primary focus of house staffing
N:P ratio: No direct pod of patients. Will resource in ICU, ED, MS as needed. Responds to Medical Emergencies.
Are there specific case experiences the department is looking for or more so a General PCU unit where the clinician should have experience caring for all types of cases? This is a leadership role. Will need to ensure staffing, staff and patient safety, and resource in all areas as it is needed. Training is 2 more days than those coming to the floor.
Submission Requirements
Supervisory, Clinical Resource Team and/or other pertinent Leadership experience
willingness & comfort to float to Bettendorf when needed
Experience in scheduling staff, oversight of staff and oversight of patient care acting as liaison/resource when needed
experience strongly encouraged in ALL, or EACH of the following Depts: ICU, ED, Med Surg
