Quality Assurance RN at Providence RN summary:
The Quality Assurance RN at Providence Oregon plays a critical role in evaluating and supporting quality initiatives to meet regulatory requirements.
This position emphasizes collaboration with physician leadership and hospital management in developing quality improvement projects, ensuring compliance with Medicare, TJC, and other standards.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and substantial clinical and leadership experience in a hospital setting.
Provides assessment, evaluation and support for all quality initiatives within PHS Oregon.
Provides concurrent and retrospective support managing initiatives to comply and in accordance with Center for Medicare and Medicaid requirements, The Joint Commission (TJC) requirements, administrative and program personnel, and third party payors.
Actively works with physician leadership, Directors and Managers in the development and implementation of quality efforts, including preparation, risk monitoring and reduction in clinical and non-clinical systems, and coordination of multidisciplinary quality improvement projects.

This is a Hybrid position - 80% onsite - 20% Remote
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
~ Oregon Registered Nurse License.
~5 years Hospital experience in a progressively responsible position(s) requiring contact with various departments.
~ Demonstrated clinical experience related to a wide variety of patient populations and care delivery models.
~ Demonstrated experience in communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing, with physicians, nursing, public, and all levels of hospital management.
Master's Degree in Nursing, Public Health, Business, Healthcare or Business Administration.
Adult medical surgical experience.
