Physical Therapist Job Responsibilities: Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, post-op, neurological, and sports-related conditions in an outpatient physical therapy setting
Develop and implement personalized physical therapy treatment plans to restore movement, reduce pain, and improve function
Accurately document patient care using EMR systems
Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech therapists, and referring providers to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care
Maintain a positive, clean, and professional clinic environment that reflects H2 Health's values
Qualifications: Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
Florida Physical Therapy License (or eligibility to obtain)
New graduates are welcome; outpatient experience is a plus
Passion for outpatient therapy and a commitment to delivering excellent patient care
