As the ServiceNow Program Manager, your platform-related duties encompass:
Budget management, project prioritization, resource allocation, ticket backlog management, customer expectation management, vendor relationship management, and expanding platform usage.
Developing roadmaps, providing leadership transparency, collaborating with other teams, and aligning platform direction with business needs.
Creating detailed project plans, managing implementation processes including financials, progress tracking, and metrics.
Monitoring change control, testing, release to production, and delivery.
Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and within scope.
Managing stakeholder and third-party relationships.
Measuring project performance and maintaining documentation.
Providing regular updates to senior management.
This position oversees the full lifecycle management of IT products within the ServiceNow suite, including strategic planning, requirements specification, and technical development.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with customers to understand business objectives, ensuring ServiceNow solutions align with needs, and providing expertise on platform capabilities and vendor roadmaps.
Mentoring and supporting team growth is also essential.
Qualifications
Minimum 8 years in IT project/program management and 5 years in Agile development.
Excellent communication skills, adaptable to evolving environments.
Expertise in planning, budgeting, risk management, and project tracking.
Proficiency in analysis, requirements gathering, testing, quality assurance, and change management.
Experience managing User Stories and Product Backlog in ServiceNow.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Contract
Formulating and defining system scope based on user needs and understanding of business systems.
Devising procedures to solve complex problems, analyzing business and user needs, and translating into system requirements.
Providing consultation on complex projects, considering business implications of technology applications.
Minimum Education/Certification
Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or PMP Certification.
