As an Entry-Level Dentist , you will play a crucial role in enhancing the oral health of families in a fun and compassionate environment. We are seeking candidates who are enthusiastic about teamwork and genuinely care for their patients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing excellent dental care and building strong relationships with patients.
Participating in community activities to promote a positive image of our practice.
Engaging in morning meetings to collaborate with your team and appreciate their contributions.
Working primarily with children, who represent over 70% of our patient base.
Our practice offers:
DentaPro software for streamlined operations.
Digital x-ray and Panorex units for advanced diagnostics.
Fiber-optic handpieces for improved patient comfort.
Supportive training including yearly OSHA and HIPAA compliance.
A dedicated team structure with 1 hygienist and 2 dental assistants per provider.
A balanced patient flow with an average of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients.

Qualifications:
Must hold a DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental education program.
