National Talent Development Manager (This is not a Recruiter/TA or Leaderships Development/Training position) Remote * $98,000 - $150,000 DOE This position is annual bonus eligible. Why Choose GMR? The National Talent Development Manager will lead the Talent Management/Succession Planning and Performance Management projects. The National Talent Development Manager will be responsible for system and implementation designing online, face-to-face, blended, and on-demand system training. They will also oversee professional development and cultural connection programs. This role also drives cross-functional collaboration to support large-scale organizational change management efforts and organizational development activities. This is a highly collaborative and creative role that has a direct impact on our business and our ability to achieve desired results.

Summary / Responsibilities:

Supports large initiatives that are typically complex and company-wide with innovative strategies that align to corporate goals and exceed employee expectations.
Plays a central role in reinventing learning models, learning systems, delivery methods and external vendor partnerships, as well as creating in-house programs.
Leads effective talent development programs focused on learning and development, succession planning, talent review and assessment, career pathing, employee engagement, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
Adds momentum and enthusiasm to our diversity and inclusion program, driving awareness across the company.
Prepares, organizes, and executes logistics for talent development projects, including HRIS requirements gathering, design, and testing.
Serves as a key member of the HR team, collaborating across strategic projects with a continuous focus on employee engagement and continuous improvement.
Creates and implements programs to address performance gaps; monitors program progress to completion and uses data to relay results.
Helps maintain the integrity of organizational structures, business and operating procedures, reporting relationships, and positive team interactions

Qualifications:
Education & Industry Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
Minimum 4-7 years detailed project management experience in Talent Management/Succession
Planning and Performance Management to include research, system design and implementation, analytics, training, performance tools and reporting. Extensive experienced in Calibration and 9-Box tool required.
Strong organizational skills and administrative tasks related to project reporting and communications required.
Workday experience preferred.
