Your Responsibilities:
As a vital member of our team, CNAs contribute to the daily living activities of our residents, ensuring compliance with their individual care plans. Your role will encompass:
Delivering exceptional care and support for Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and personal hygiene needs
Responding thoughtfully to patient call lights
Ensuring residents have appropriate diets by understanding their preferences, allergies, and dietary restrictions
Recording vital signs as instructed by nursing staff
Promptly alerting nursing staff to any changes in residents' conditions
Your Qualifications:
Active CNA Certification
Positive attitude and a willingness to exceed resident expectations
Ability to work cohesively in a team as well as independently
A genuine passion for providing care to seniors
