What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead a significant AMER Sales Organization, overseeing first-line sales leaders across North America and LATAM
Implement a hands-on sales leadership approach to achieve new logo targets and nurture customer relationships
Conduct comprehensive industry research and refine the go-to-market strategy for the region
Recruit and develop a diverse, high-performing sales team
Collaborate with local leadership and cross-functional teams to maximize business impact in AMER
What is Required (Qualifications):
Proven second-line leadership experience in strategic sales, with a track record of recruiting and developing high-performing teams
Significant experience in software sales, particularly with digital experience platforms
Demonstrated consistent achievement of annual sales quotas
Strong ability to collaborate with marketing, channel, alliances, product, and engineering teams
Polished presentation skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
