Responsibilities :

We are looking to hire a Vice President for our Operations practice. The person filling this position will :

Work closely with national client teams to define, manage and deliver the project scope
Develop and manage project budgets for consulting services
Lead multi-disciplined teams and large complex assignments. Coordinate project team interactions both internally and with the client
Lead and participate in the analysis and research of innovative solutions in keeping with current and future healthcare trends
Develop and maintain primary client relationships for project. Lead discussions with client executives and front-line clinical staff to deliver projects
Manage the execution and delivery of all phases of a project's scope. Responsible for quality control of project documentation
Maintain current knowledge of healthcare trends and their impact on our clients and HKS services offered
Engage in healthcare strategy, operations, facility planning and design research
Prepare and deliver executive level project report documents
Educate, market, sell, and deliver to clients
Qualifications :

Accredited advanced degree (master's or higher) preferred in Healthcare, Business, Industrial Engineering or related field
Typically with 10+ years of experience working in the healthcare setting, including administrative leadership roles; significant consulting experience preferred
Subject matter expertise preferred in ambulatory, acute care, oncology, or support services
Experience in working with architects preferred
Knowledge of healthcare Lean Process Improvement and / or Six Sigma preferred
Willing to travel up to 60% based on HKS and client needs
Proficient with Microsoft programs, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects
Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and professional manner both verbally and in writing to various audiences including key stakeholders
Ability to problem solve and apply innovative solutions
Ability to collaborate and encourage collaboration in a team environment
Base Salary Range :
$109k - 140k annually - Denver, Chicago, Washington DC, Los Angeles, San Diego, New York and Seattle
