Air Squared Manufacturing, Inc. is an OEM manufacturer of scroll type compressors, vacuum pumps and expanders for the medical, aerospace, fuel cell and power generation industries. We are looking for a CNC Machine Operator for our 2nd Shift to support manufacturing processes through operating and performing maintenance on a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machine. You would be responsible for running a pre-programmed machine and ensuring that machined parts meet criteria from work instructions and blueprints.
Pay Range: $21 - $25 / hour plus $1 / hour for shift differential, based on qualifications and experience
2nd Shift runs Mondays thru Thursdays 3:30pm - 2:00am

CNC Machine Operator (2nd Shift) Job Responsibilities:
Load and unload parts utilizing pre-programmed CNC mills
Load and inspect the parts on a pre-programmed CMM inspection machine
Use work and tool offsets on manual mill and lathe machines
Use hand tools on machined parts when needed
Tighten and loosen fasteners to hold parts and fixtures in place
Assist in shipping preparation, such as packaging, shipping and receiving as need
Deburr metal parts after they have been machined
Order supplies for the machine shop as needed
Perform other tasks as assigned
CNC Machine Operator (2nd Shift) Qualifications :
MUST SUBMIT RESUME TO BE CONSIDERED
High school diploma or GED (required)
1-year experience operating a CNC Mill (preferred)
