We're a fast-moving startup, building from scratch and looking for a Senior Social Media Specialist who can drive our organic and paid social growth to a large following -and convert that attention into real, meaningful revenue.

What You'll Do
Organic Social Growth Create viral, high-impact content that drives massive brand awareness and engagement on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
You'll experiment with new formats and trends, turning a blank slate into a bustling, engaged community.
Paid Amplification Identify top-performing organic social content and transform it into paid ads that convert.
You'll collaborate with performance marketing specialists to supercharge reach and sales.
Platform Strategy Own and optimize our multi-channel social strategy.
You'll know exactly how to tailor content for each platform's algorithm and audience preferences, from TikTok's rapid-fire format to LinkedIn's professional narrative.
Performance & Analytics Measure the impact of every post, reel, and story-refining strategies, scaling what works, and cutting what doesn't.
You'll interpret social data to drive revenue and KPI improvements, proving real business value from social initiatives.
Influencer & UGC Activation Cultivate relationships with creators and influencers who share our mission.
Leverage user-generated content (UGC) to amplify authenticity, turning everyday fans into brand evangelists who shape our story alongside us.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Growth, Product, and Creative specialists to ensure a seamless experience from scroll-stopping social content to checkout.
You'll be the champion of 'social-first' thinking across the entire organization.

What You Bring
Proven Social Media Account Growth 4 years in social media or influencer marketing roles, ideally at fast-growing DTC or wellness brands.
Demonstrable success in building a massively successful social presence from the ground up.
Social Marketing Expert Expert knowledge of short-form video best practices, platform algorithms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook), and a creative approach to viral content creation.
You are on top of the latest trends and passionate about the US pop culture.
Team-Building Experience History of hiring, mentoring, and inspiring cross-functional teams.
You can rally creatives, analysts, and community managers around a common goal-and get them excited about trying new experiments.
Creator Marketing Savvy Deep familiarity with the creator economy-sourcing and managing influencer partnerships, negotiating deals, and measuring ROI.
You see influencers as strategic partners, not just media channels.
Performance-Driven Mindset You translate social metrics into real business impact.
You're comfortable with A/B testing, analytics tools, and data dashboards to understand how content drives engagement, traffic, and ultimately sales.
Content Creation & Curation You're hands-on when necessary-willing to roll up your sleeves and craft compelling posts or jump on emerging trends before they peak.
At the same time, you know how to curate user-generated content and brand narratives at scale and with great taste.
Community Engagement Strategies Passion for connecting with people, responding to comments, and inspiring user advocacy.
You understand that community is the heart of any modern consumer brand.
Business Development & Collaboration Comfortable working alongside product, marketing, and sales teams to co-develop initiatives that extend beyond 'likes' and 'followers.' You see social as a critical driver of Aonic's overall mission.
